Support/Administration roles
Accounts Team (£25k - £30k)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Daily allocation of receipts to bank onto internal accounting platform
- Telephone liaison with clients in respect of unpaid invoices & general account queries.
- Reconciliation of insurer accounts and associated monthly settlements, building a strong rapport with insurer credit control teams
- Client Refunds
- Liaison with finance payment providers
- Query management
- Bank reconciliations
- Previous experience in accounts related environment would be welcome.
Admin Team (£17k - £22k)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Processing of sales & renewals information to issue invoice and respective documentation to client.
- Production of all required documentation and associated checks on behalf of finance providers, and liaison where needed.
- Liaising with insurers to obtain policy documentation and crosschecking details of cover with risk registers before despatch to client.
- Attention to detail essential and ability to work in a logical and orderly fashion
- Telephone liaison with clients and dealing with basic enquiries.
- Ideal role for administrative entry into insurance sector with a view to progression
Claims Team (£22k - £25k)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support Claims Manager across a range of activities
- Deal with insurance claims on behalf of client across variety of industry specialties, policy types, and different claim causes.
- Ensure all claims are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner, obtaining documentation or information requested by insurers, loss adjusters or solicitors.
- Review policy documentation to ensure cover is in place.
- Communicate in a clear and professional manner with clients and insurers.
- Review repudiated claims and challenge where appropriate.
- Ensure risk registers and claims database is maintained accurately at all times.
- Communicate proactively with colleagues and management to provide claims information and updates.
Sales Support/Graduate Academy/Academy Role (£17k - £24k)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ideal role for graduates or those looking for swift progress with learning opportunities.
- Submit client insurance risk information to insurers for quotations to be issued to clients (online portal or direct submissions).
- Competently use the company CRM system to ensure all records are accurately maintained.
- Create risk presentations.
- Complete subcontractor questionnaires for clients.
- Fleet adjustments
- Process midterm adjustments for all policy types, and invoice accordingly.
- Work closely with account handlers and insurers, building strong relationships across all departments.
- Obtain Cert CII qualification.
