You will be supported by a senior housing officer but will work largely independently to manage your workload and you will need to use your initiative to identify applicants who need more advice or support from you.

The Person


We are seeking a person with experience of working with local authorities or registered social landlords in a customer service, benefits or housing capacity.

You must have knowledge of policy and practices in housing and homelessness.
