  • The Role_

M&E Manager and Assistant M&E Manager_- _£100m Student Accommodation Project

  • My client have secured a major new build student accommodation project in Colchester, Essex.
  • This is a flagship £150m+ scheme in East Anglia, providing over 1000 units across 5 blocks.
  • They are looking to appoint an M&E Manager and an Assistant M&E Manager to be based on site.
  • You will have management responsibility for onsite M&E installations
  • You will be part of a collaborative team, liaising with construction, design and engineering colleagues.
  • The role will cover inspections, subcontractor management, health and safety and ensuring procedures are adhered to.
