ENTRY LEVEL MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Proudfoot is looking to hire the very best to support our expanding pipeline of business.

The focus of the role:

Working with the Senior Management Team, you will assist in the identification, development and implementation of projects.

Your office will be the "shop-floor" where you will gain trust to enable the behavioral changed required to deliver sustainable results at speed.

That sustainable change is key to project success, whether it be cost reduction, revenue enhancement, health and safety, maintenance or world leading training plans.

Your professional curiosity will enable to you challenge conventional thought. You will be able to bring your hard earnt business experience and fresh thoughts on innovative solutions. But above all, you will have the confidence to challenge stakeholders, whether in the mine or the boardroom.

What we are looking for:

At least 24 months of genuine operational or analytical experience
Degree education in Engineering
Spanish language skills to at least business level
Flexibility to travel and work away from home, often on long rotations
The drive and determination to make the most of this opportunity
