Sales Support
We are a London & Hampshire based creative furniture company designing and manufacturing commercial furniture within the UK. We are currently a team of 35 but are growing quickly and have ambitious growth plans. Our showroom is based in London and our workshop in Ropley, Hampshire.

We are looking to employ a Sales Support professional to join our Hampshire based team.

You are a bright, enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated professional. You have excellent communication skills and are a great listener. You have high natural energy and drive, you love getting people excited and above all, you have a sense of humour


Your role:

Manage incoming leads and customer enquiries

Supporting the sales team with general administration

Issuing quotations and specification details

Keeping CRM updated and accurate

Diarising customer post implementation follow-ups

Ensuring full, prompt and accurate responses to requests for support from customers

Provide information, quotations, and technical information to clients / customers

Working with operations team to ensure all sales orders are promptly and accurately added to the sales and inventory management system

Develop a complete understanding of the product range

Be a good communicator - verbal, written and interpersonal

Experience in using MS office range of products and generally adept at learning to use new software.


Package:


Salary: 25-27K

20 days (25 days after first year) + Public holidays

Company Pension scheme and Private Healthcare after qualifying period


Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
