EXPERIENCED PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR
CENTRAL BRIGHTON
The Role
Oakley Property is a well-established, independent agency, offering a comprehensive Estate Agency, New Homes, Letting and Property Management services, in relation to residential and commercial property, across Sussex
We are looking to recruit a full-time Property Management Administrator, this is an ideal opportunity for an existing administrator looking to further their career.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
The role will include daily administrative & secretarial duties, taking calls & enquiries, assisting property managers with arranging repairs, meeting & greeting, and building a rapport with clients, leaseholders, tenants & contractors.
Required Experience
Oakley Property are looking for a focused and self-motivated individual, to work as part of the property management team.
Local knowledge of Brighton & Hove preferable
Minimum 1 year's administration experience essential.
Benefits
- 23.5 days holiday plus bank holidays; entitlement increases 1 day per year for each full year of service (capped at 28.5).

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brighton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
