We are a successful media enterprise firm with 12 years of experience in business, production, and distribution across multiple projects in film & video.

Our new multimedia startup focuses on wellbeing, combining up-to-date research with effective presentation methods to help parents of young children provide the best care for their children's development.


Key Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in hosting, interviewing, or being in front of the camera.
  • Knowledgeable and eager to learn about family wellbeing.
  • Highly organised and detailoriented.
  • Excellent communication skills to ask the right questions and engage guests.

What You'll Be Doing:

Podcast Hosting:


  • Conduct engaging and insightful interviews with experts, notable guests, celebrities, and influencers.
  • Research and identify potential guests aligned with the podcast's themes.
  • Prepare thoughtful questions to guide interviews and foster meaningful conversations.
  • Ensure the smooth flow and pacing of each podcast episode, maintaining audience interest and engagement.

Co-Production:


  • Assist in the strategy and execution of podcast production.
  • Manage pre and postproduction processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external editors to develop engaging content.
  • Coordinate with guests and internal teams to deliver highquality content.

Content Development and Promotion:


  • Develop promotional strategies for podcast episodes.
  • Create and manage social media content to expand the podcast's reach.
  • Monitor audience feedback and engagement metrics to continuously refine content strategies.

Skills Required:


  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications (required):


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content production.
  • BSc in Communications, Media Production, or equivalent.
  • Highly organised and detailoriented.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • UK Right to Work
  • Passport / VISA / BRP.
