To liaise with our clients customers and contractors at key stages following legal completion. To also co-ordinate field operation/activity for internal customer service colleagues.Client Details

Description
Key Functional Areas
- Ensure contact is made with every customer following legal completion
- Effective and professional communication with customers to correctly manage customer expectations
- To support the customer with aftercare within their new home
- Ensure customer administration/data is up to date
- To ensure accurate and speedy data input into the customer service operating system
- Ensure the correct and effective coordination of remedial tasks with geographical radius and time management of field staff (colleagues) firmly in mind
- Create positive working relationships
Profile
- Ability to work individually and/or part of a team
- Ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service
- Trustworthy, honest and provide excellent feedback
- Sound commercial awareness
- Experience of customer contact through all communication media
- Experience with RSL liaison
- Good administrative skills
- Knowledge of residential property (desirable)
- Knowledge of construction including PMA awareness (desirable)
