Description
To liaise with our clients customers and contractors at key stages following legal completion. To also co-ordinate field operation/activity for internal customer service colleagues.

Description

Key Functional Areas

  • Ensure contact is made with every customer following legal completion
  • Effective and professional communication with customers to correctly manage customer expectations
  • To support the customer with aftercare within their new home
  • Ensure customer administration/data is up to date
  • To ensure accurate and speedy data input into the customer service operating system
  • Ensure the correct and effective coordination of remedial tasks with geographical radius and time management of field staff (colleagues) firmly in mind
  • Create positive working relationships

Profile

  • Ability to work individually and/or part of a team
  • Ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service
  • Trustworthy, honest and provide excellent feedback
  • Sound commercial awareness
  • Experience of customer contact through all communication media
  • Experience with RSL liaison
  • Good administrative skills
  • Knowledge of residential property (desirable)
  • Knowledge of construction including PMA awareness (desirable)
