The RMS Customer Success team has one of the largest established graduate strategies in Moody's Analytics, leading the RMS Graduate program alongside developing our own core team of talent to effectively serve our clients.

The Assistant Director, Customer Success Management role is a new role dedicated to managing the annual program, line managing an international team of early careers staff, and scaling the program to feed a wider talent development strategy and collaborate further with other groups.


Responsibilities:


  • Line management responsibilities for an international team of early career staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities through structured rotation program and beyond.
  • Manage the annual RMS graduate program through key phases including hiring, training, and rotations, ensuring alignment with Moody's talent strategy
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the wider Customer Success talent development strategy, ensuring it supports the needs of the RMS Customer Success team and aligns with the broader organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with other groups to scale the graduate program and create synergies across the organization.
  • Work on scaling the graduate program to feed into the wider talent development strategy, aiming to create a robust pipeline of talent for Customer Success and the wider organization.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other teams and departments to ensure the graduate program aligns with and supports the broader organizational strategy.
  • Regularly review and refine the graduate program based on feedback and analysis, ensuring it remains relevant, effective, and beneficial for both the graduates and the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership and

People Management:
Experience in developing early-career professionals, with a focus on fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide individuals towards achieving their full potential. Prior experience in people management is not required, and this role could be a great first step into management.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various internal teams and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate the vision, strategy, and progress of the program.
  • Project Management: Ability to balance multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines, with experience ensuring successful outcomes against fixed timelines.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution abilities to successfully implement and grow the graduate program as part of a wider talent and org development strategy.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisionmaking and strategy development, and to coach an analytical cohort of graduates under direct supervision.
