Would you like the opportunity to develop and hone your administration skills further?
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our lovely HR team at Watergate Bay Hotel.


Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will be there help to assist in the smooth running of the HR department through administration tasks.

Ideally you will need to have worked as an administrator previously and also have excellent written communication skills.


What you would be doing on a weekly basis:

  • Providing an effective recruitment administration service by assisting with our recruitment process.
  • Maintaining our HR files ensuring all documentation is up to date and legally compliant.
  • Monitoring and managing all joiners and leavers processes.
  • Completing external administration requests i.e. average earnings requests mortgages, references and job seeker allowance paperwork.
  • Maintaining filing systems and ensure information is files accurately and promptly.
  • Organising meetings, interviews and training sessions.
  • Ensuring accurate administration of training and development.
  • Maintaining, tidy and efficient systems covering all tasks within HR responsibilities.
  • Dealing with new starters uniform and day to day uniform requests, keeping a record of stocks.
  • Assisting the HR team in the organisation of staff events throughout the year.
  • Working with the HR team on ad hoc events throughout the year
