Description

This role is accountable for the creation of potential sales opportunities for Hexagon products with new Customers through lead generation and nurturing, utilizing telemarketing and sales research skills.


Tasks in detail:

The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following:

  • Screen and qualify all inbound leads generated through marketing activities, such as website, campaigns, and physical events.
  • Contact and meticulously follow up existing Prospects in Salesforce to requalify, pitch Hexagon solutions and generate potential sales
  • Pass qualified Leads to Sales team via Salesforce with all supporting information to ensure smooth handover, efficient follow up and positive Customer experience
  • Align with marketing to ensure consistent approach to business development
  • Accurately record and update Customer information and log all activity within Salesforce, in line with best practice guidance and training provided
  • Utilise every touchpoint to create positive Customer experience and add value to Hexagon Customer Service
  • Assist with creation of call script, based on the product and company training provided
  • Promote and participate in Hexagon events
  • Meet, monitor and report against agreed KPIs

Requirements:


  • Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing would be advantageous
  • Min. 2 years of previous experience with phonebased lead generation (telesales / telemarketing), as well as with qualifying and following up with leads
  • Experience working in a B2B setting, ideally with experience selling into Manufacturing sectors
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to explain unique selling points
  • Great problem solving and researching skills
  • Confident, selfmotivated, organized, resilient, target driven
