Are you an FM recruiter looking to increase your earnings with a bigger basic and higher rate of commission? Maybe joining a smaller team where you can have more clients and work on mid to senior roles is next for your career.

Right now, we looking to add an experienced perm FM recruiter to the team.

As a senior recruiter you would have access to 10 outstanding clients from day one, your remit would be to recruit all FM roles from 50-80k salary levels.

You will benefit from roles past to you as well as building your own relationships with these clients and taking the desk forward.

Our reputation has grown out of consultative conversations, delivering top quality service and being personable and having fun as well.


How you fit into our Team:

Weve grown exponentially since we started and are already the go to agency to over 10 top names that have various companies within them in the FM market, however, we know we can do better and want to learn, grow and innovate and we want you to be part of this journey.

Your role as a recruiter will be 70% servicing the clients we have and 30% shouting about our offering to new clients.

You will of course be supported with the best tools as your success is a joint effort.

What will you be doing?
Account managing existing relationships
Building strong relationships with clients through understanding their business, culture and requirements
Acquiring new clients through business development
Managing the recruitment process and solving problems
