    Description

    Service & Compliance Administrator

    We are seeking an experienced Service & Compliance Administrator to join our Team at OCU Group in Levenshulme.

    You will provide administration support to the Plant & Transport team and facilitate communication amongst team members.

    Responsibilities

    1. Scheduling Maintenance Visits: Assist in scheduling maintenance visits using Excel and resource planning tools.
    2. Customer Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly customer reports.
    3. Order Processing: Produce order numbers for parts.
    4. Data Entry: Input data into CRM systems and create quotations/advice notes.
    5. Job Issuance: Issue jobs to fitters/engineers.
    6. Paperwork Management: Collate paperwork from the service team and ensure it is stored in the correct files.
    7. Process Improvement: Highlight areas for improvement for a smoother process.
    8. Stock Management: Assist with depot stock of spare parts and other consumables (e.g., oils & lubricants).
    9. Dealer Communication: Communicate with dealers for bookings, invoice queries & purchase orders.
    10. Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with the service and compliance team.

    Requirements

    1. Office Experience: Experience in an office/workshop environment.
    2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
    3. Time Management: Excellent time management and organisational skills.
    4. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
    5. Industry Knowledge: Experience with parts and service departments.
    6. Knowledge of plant & HGV parts and engineers' processes is advantageous.
