Description

The Learning Communications team works with Global Clients to develop training material and internal communications in a variety of different formats.

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for the development and retention of a designated portfolioof Clients.

We consider our team to be unique as all members of the Learning Communications team have a 'hybrid' role, being fully responsible for project management, Client services and end-to-end delivery.

Our Account Directors are major figures in the Agency and instrumental in the success of our business.

They are expected to have the depth of experience and expertise to be able to represent the Agency at a senior level, being comfortable with handing virtuallyall Client meetings.

Reporting to the Senior Account Director / Client Partner and working closely with the Managing Partner and Business Director, you will have daily responsibility for the retention, development and profitability of your Client portfolio.

You'll need an appreciationof the strategic focus of our own business and understand the need for developing profitable business from our existing Clients.

You will be accountable for development and retention of a designated portfolio of Clients; strategically identify opportunities to sell our services where appropriate; Generation and management of development plans for the Clients you are responsible forand also working understanding of the range of services Havas People has to offer and be able to demonstrate the benefits these would bring to Clients.

You will also inspire and motivate the account handling team working on the accounts for which you are responsible,identifying performance and quality issues and making improvements if required.
