The EHS and Site coordinator will support:

  • EHS programmes at the Weybridge site and, to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and GSK Standards, and ensure that EHS-related risks and impacts are effectively managed
  • Coordination and management of a wide variety of priority site engagement programmes at Weybridge.

EHS co-ordination responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of site EHS strategy, associated annual plans, and continuous improvement of EHS management systems and shared service model to include: Coordinate site EHS programmes with an emphasis on key EHS risks for the site, e.g. machinery, chemical agents, ergonomics, fire safety, health and wellbeing and process safety, workplace transport, waste and effluent management
  • Coordinate the Site EHS Committee to ensure timely delivery of meeting content from contributors, recording of minutes and tracking of actions.
  • Planning, coordinating, conducting audits and tracking actions to completion. Analyse audit findings to determine common trends and contribute to development of action plans to prevent recurrence
  • Contribute to documentation of the EHS management system and assist in the implementation EHS legislation and GSK EHS Standards into local EHS procedures
  • Developing own knowledge and skills through a combination of practical work and training across the wide range of EHS service areas.

Site co-ordination responsibilities:

  • Coordination and execution of site engagement programmes for Weybridge Coordination of Weybridge Site Leadership Team (WSLT) setting up agendas/maintaining action lists following up action items, arranging site events, etc.
  • Organise logístical arrangements for external meetings (MP/Government officials visit, key external partners etc) and key site senior leadership meetings
  • Organising site events, Family Fun Days and End of Year celebrations for Weybridge site
  • Coordination of Site Town Halls/Let's Talk Sessions Financial management of a wide variety of site engagement spends including PO tracking, CERPS management to help manage site budget
  • Coordinate and help in building and release of all site operational communication
