Job Description:

Looking for a Quality Assurance Lead role in a business undergoing a huge digital transformation? Ensuring high quality product development, delivery and execution?

If so, then our brand new QA Lead role could be perfect. You'll be part of our Digital Transformation Team as Portman seeks to transform its Central Functions.

Our transformation journey needs to take place alongside the rapid growth of our business and as such, we are looking for a focused, determined and diligent QA Lead to help us test and deliver the transformation.

Qualifications:

Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Experience in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Experience in designing and building automated test suites for web and API
Experience with various message payloads e.g. XML, JSON
Handson experience with both white box and black box testing
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience leading QA engineers or Testers
