- Job Title: Roving Facilities Manager
- Location: Based in Newcastle Upon Tyne
- Contract Details: Permanent
- Estimated Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Car Allowance
- Driving Required: Yes - car parking space available
- Working Pattern: Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the effective management of health, safety, and facilities across multiple sites.
- Manage and monitor the delivery of hard and soft services to ensure high levels of performance.
- Conduct regular contract meetings with suppliers, assess their performance, and compliance.
- Procure goods and services according to departmental procedures.
- Validate invoices, monitor expenditure, and conduct regular property inspections.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental management systems.
- Assist in producing and managing service charge budgets.
- Resolve service and maintenance issues within acceptable time frames.
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Flexible and adaptable attitude
- Good understanding of Facilities Management and Managing Agent responsibilities
- Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant relationships in commercial property
- Contract management skills and experience with performance management systems
- Sound knowledge of soft services aspects of Facilities Management
- Understanding of Hard services in the Facilities environment
