    • Job Title: Roving Facilities Manager
    • Location: Based in Newcastle Upon Tyne
    • Contract Details: Permanent
    • Estimated Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Car Allowance
    • Driving Required: Yes - car parking space available
    • Working Pattern: Full Time - 40 hours per week

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the effective management of health, safety, and facilities across multiple sites.
    • Manage and monitor the delivery of hard and soft services to ensure high levels of performance.
    • Conduct regular contract meetings with suppliers, assess their performance, and compliance.
    • Procure goods and services according to departmental procedures.
    • Validate invoices, monitor expenditure, and conduct regular property inspections.
    • Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental management systems.
    • Assist in producing and managing service charge budgets.
    • Resolve service and maintenance issues within acceptable time frames.

    Essential Requirements:

    • NEBOSH General Certificate
    • Flexible and adaptable attitude
    • Good understanding of Facilities Management and Managing Agent responsibilities
    • Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant relationships in commercial property
    • Contract management skills and experience with performance management systems
    • Sound knowledge of soft services aspects of Facilities Management
    • Understanding of Hard services in the Facilities environment
