Content Writer and Digital Marketing Assistant

Liverpool


We are looking for a creative and Innovative Content Writer to join a friendly and highly talented Marketing team based in Liverpool.

As a content writer, you must have experience with a proven track record in delivering compelling content producing high-quality written content that engages and educates the right audiences.


This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Content Writer looking to expand their skills within a Marketing Team, you will play an integral part in working closely with the Digital Marketing team assisting them with a range of marketing activities.


Responsibilities

Content Creation: Working closely with the Marketing team, research, write, edit, and proofread a range of content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, social media posts, Video Scripts and promotional materials, while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content plans and strategies that align with the company brand goals, tone and voice to target the right audience, and SEO best practices.

Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for grammar, punctuation, style, and consistency to ensure high-quality standards are met.

Content Management: Organise and maintain a content calendar, manage content repositories and ensure content is categorised and tagged for easy retrieval and distribution.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing manager, and other cross-functional teams to create engaging content that supports overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Marketing Administration: Assisting the Digital Marketing team in all aspects of Marketing Administration, updating digital platforms and uploading content to social media channels and company website. Amending Produce Descriptions, and managing the content diary schedules.


What will you bring?

  • Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, agile environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams at all levels.
  • Creativity and the ability to think strategically to create compelling content that drives engagement and SEO
  • Proficient in MS office suite
  • Word press Knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£14,322.01-£30,524.08 per year
