Cyber Security Operations Team Lead - upto £85,000 - Remote/Halifax/Reading
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Security Team Lead to join a large financial company.

The Cyber Security Team Lead would be reporting to the CISO and have management responsibility over a Cyber Security team of 4.

The Cyber Security Team Lead will be responsible for all aspects of man management, appraisals, coaching, mentoring, creating development plans alongside ensuring a healthy working relationship with 3rd party suppliers.

Key Skills

Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to work to a deadline
Ability to develop and sustain relationships with internal and external parties
Effective communication skills
Demonstrable experience of IT Audit or Information Security Analyst experience at a medium / large sized company
Understanding of legislative frameworks and appropriate audit responses to such frameworks
Ability to manage small projects

Advantageous:

Degree or relevant equivalent experience
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
Any security accreditations either current or being worked towards CCNA &/or CompTIA Security+
