Our client, a growing manufacturing business based near Diss, are seeking a Senior Cost Controller to join their team. Reporting into the Financial Controller, this will be a great opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role. Manufacturingexperience would be a benefit but not essential.

In your role as Senior Cost Controller, you will be responsible for:

Provide weekly forecasting
including standard cost, production order, and manufacturing variances
Produce executive summary report and metric files
Prepare volume reports for manufacturing facilities
Report on inventory accuracy
Prepare inventory reconciliation; report changes to inventory and report effects on the financial performance of the business
Provide management teams with financial data as required
Monthly, Quarterly & Annual closing activities
Track and review all manufacturing spending
Reconcile cost of sales numbers
Liaise with internal/external auditors for quarterly and annual audits
Product Cost Development and Analysis
Perform daily cost runs and validate accuracy of costs on a timely basis
