Are you an experienced senior account executive looking for an agency where your personal development is taken as seriously as your client work?

Based in Belfast City Centre in River House/Clockwise, there's no better place to be.

You will join a small, experienced, and dynamic team - but you will be part of a much wider network across the UK and Canada, with headquarters in London - delivering creative PR, integrated marketing and social media campaigns, being hands on in the day-to-day supporting of accounts, contributing to the continued growth and success of the team while building your own skillset.


Job Overview:


We are looking for a senior account executive to join our Belfast team, working across B2B and B2C accounts, focussing on hospitality, food and beverage, professional services and construction sectors.

This role will suit someone who is self-motivated with good traditional media relations experience and the ability to draft engaging content and drive it forward.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for working across a portfolio of B2C and B2B accounts
  • Responsible for building strong client relationships; providing coverage analysis, report updates and being part of regular briefing and update calls
  • Writing engaging and wellinformed copy
  • Responsible for media relations activity; driving the media relations programme for clients and proactively seeking and identifying publicity opportunities to ensure the maximum level of coverage is achieved for the client
  • Continuing to develop an indepth knowledge of the national, regional, broadcast and online media and regularly dealing with the media, speaking to journalists and other members of the press; building and maintaining effective working relationships with key journalists and industry spokespeople
  • Having a good working knowledge of social and digital communications

You'll need:


  • Demonstrable and recurring prior experience working in a PR agency or related industry experience
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, verbal and presentation skills
  • A creative flair and data analysis capabilities
  • Experience working with influencers
  • Aptitude to build a network of influencers and press commentators
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills with the capability to manage multiple projects
  • Genuine passion for the media and able to demonstrate good industry knowledge and experience in building and maintaining influential networks
