The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Trainee Specification Technologist to work for a well-established food manufacturer to be based at their Leicester site.

This is a fantastic oppiturnity to join a leading business with excellent training and career development.

Responsibilities;

  • Maintain food label product specifications for retail customers.
  • Help to manage the artwork process to ensure that all packaging information is correct.
  • Ensure all packaging is meets customer specifications.
  • Checking raw material specifications remain complaint.
The person;

  • Experienced within a manufacturing role
  • Knowledge of food manufacturing.
  • IT literate
  • Strong multi tasker to successfully bring projects to completion.
  • Flexible with working hours to meet deadline demands.
