An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Trials Assistant (CTA) to join our team at Living Well Partnership and support our newly appointed Digital Transformation Lead.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and pro-active, with excellent people skills. You will also need to have an eye for detail and be focused on quality.The health and wellbeing of our patients is at the heart of everything we do.

The CTA will be working closely with our Digital Transformation Lead and multi-faceted clinical team to ensure efficient set up and conduct of research studies, clinical trials, and projects.
There may be a requirement to work across Partnership sites, from time to time, all of which are in a 5-mile radius of one another.
Key Responsibilities
- Building key relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, external parties, and patients
- Assisting with preparation for clinical visits
- Support screening processes and preparation for startup of clinical trials
- Responsible for complex data collection, transcribing information into case report forms in accordance with Good Clinical Practice
- Ensuring patient notes are always complete and up to date
- Take personal responsibility for safeguarding and ensuring the quality of information for patients, partnership, and research organisations
- Set up searches for eligible patients in the clinical record system
- Educated to degree level in life sciences or a healthrelated field
- Experience working in a clinical research environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience in processing complex information (Data Entry)
- Proactive mind set and motivated to learn new skills
Southampton Office Based Only we do not offer working from home.

Please note this role is 2 days per week over two 7.5 hours per day. Salary range from £22,549-£24,882 FTE pro rata, per annum DOE
