Description
As a Lead Generator, it will be your responsibility to generate leads and sales for PayPoint products from existing retailers and new customers


What you will do:


  • Ensure that weekly, monthly and quarterly new business targets are supported to assist with the company's strategic growth plan
  • Achieve agreed KPI's relating to activity that delivers your personal and team objectives
  • Identify, appraise and pursue upsell and crosssell opportunities from existing business
  • Book face to face meetings for the New business & Retailer relationship manager team to fulfil
  • Build up a database of suitable leads and potential new business contacts, while also updating existing customer information
  • Develop robust and accurate proposal and contract documentation as required
  • Live PayPoint's corporate values

What you will need:


  • A real drive to deliver results and comfortable working to targets
  • Forward thinking, always looking to improve our delivery
  • Strong communication and engagement skills verbal and written
  • Able to quickly build rapport with retailers on the telephone
  • Great team player, both within Lead Generation and the wider organisation
  • Creative problem solver
  • Effective organisational skills
  • A passionate and determined attitude to develop knowledge and skills.
  • Hold excellent and confident interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability portray a strong professional image.
  • 1 year + experience of working in a B2B sales/business development role preferred
