The opportunity

Your key responsibilities
Blockchain technology is a complex emerging capability that is far from mature.

Above and beyond any of the "essential" skills for this job, you must have a love of new technologies and a passion for learning by doing and leading by example.


  • Interface with audit teams and clients to ensure build is aligned to client and market needs
  • Convert Accounting / Audit requirements into product deliverables leveraging the Agile methodology and communicate regular updates to Stakeholders
  • Lead and drive the product within the context of broader product goals, strategy and roadmap
  • Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product requirements
  • Creating prioritizing and communicating product backlog items

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field
  • 5 years of financial accounting/audit work experience.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field and 4 years of financial accounting/audit work experience.
  • Must have active CPA certification or foreign equivalent, CFA, CFE or Enrolled Agent certification, or sufficient coursework/experience requirements (as determined by state Board of Accountancy)
  • Big 4 or other relevant professional services experience
  • A keen interest to pursue a career in software development and work in an agile way

Good to have qualities

  • Previous experience of Project and product management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology frameworks such as Git, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Knowledge and experience of blockchain concepts
  • Experience guiding stakeholder discussions to prioritize product roadmaps using Agile methodologies
  • Previous experience of working in highly distributed teams

The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published United States salary range/s

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $ 98,100 to $ 178,100. The salary range for New York
