Repairs Assistant/No Access Officer
Immediately Required


Location:
Plymouth


Salary:
£12 per hour (umbrella)


Length of Contract: 5 months+

Our client, a regional housing provider is recruiting for a temporary Repairs Assistant on a 3 month contract.


The successful Repairs Assistant will be responsible for liaising with tenants in regards to up and coming appointments within their home.

You will be dealing with access issues, queries and complaints and ensuring the tenants understand the upcoming process.

You may also be required to schedule repairs, liaise with contractors and trades staff and deal with all relevant administration for the department.


It is essential that you have a good telephone manor, are used to dealing with difficult customers and have an understanding of repairs scheduling.
