Outpatients Practitioner (Bank)

Wolverhampton Hospital | Outpatients | Bank

Up to £20 per hour, dependent on experience

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Our Outpatients Department currently have an internal opportunity for a Bank Outpatients Department Practitioner. Continue your journey with us whilst we'll support you to be your best.

Nuffield Health Wolverhampton Hospital have a small, but dynamic Outpatient's Department, who are rapidly expanding the range of treatment's and minor procedures we offer.

The opportunity

We are looking to support the development of several new clinical pathways, by introducing bank practitioners to help us implement gold standard patient care

These pathways include:
- gender affirmation surgery

Outpatient cystoscopy
Minor surgical procedures

As our Outpatient Practitioner you will:

Support patients and provide expert advice
Support staff and provide training / education

Support the Director of Clinical Services by updating local policy based on best practice guidelines

Network with other Nuffield sites and national centres of excellence in order to promote best practice

The person

To succeed, you will need:

Current professional registration
Experience within an area of specialism
Qualifications as per professional registration with evidence of on going learning
Enthusiastic and energetic
