General Operative to join the team based in
Carrickmacross. You will join us on a
full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a
competitive salary of € €12.50 per hour.

Hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, and Friday 8am - 3:30pm
Responsibilities of our General Operative:
- Meeting production requirements in terms of quality, quantity, cost, safety and time, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Meeting all operational standards, reducing waste and down time and the development and improvement of the all production processes
- To comply with all the company's HR policies and procedures
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
- To be trained and become competent in as many areas as the Company requires
Skills and Experience required of our General Operative:
- Previous experience of working in a factory/ manufacturing process environment
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings
- Basic understanding of touch screen technology
- Previous practical skills and experience of working as part of a Team
- Working to and achieving company set standards usually KPI's
