Due to expansion we need to recruit a Retail Stocktake Manager/Team Leader (+ car) based in or very close to Weston-super-Mare.

The person we are looking for will ether be;
an experienced Retail Stocktake Manager/Team Leader/Supervisor with barcode scanning stocktaking experience

or

someone with retail/wholesale experience with an understanding of barcode scanning stocktakes and the use of barcode scanners

We are offering a salary of £23,800 and after training, the option of a company vehicle or tax free mileage allowance of 37.5p per mile.

The successful applicant will be responsible for running stocktakes for us throughout The West, up and down the M5 and will sometimes travel into Wales, Devon and Cornwall.

You will work closely with our existing experienced teams in Devon and Cornwall. Typical stocktake team sizes vary from 1 to 8 people depending on the size of the business.

There is good training and ongoing support is provided at all times. Initial training will be mainly on-site and will last around - 3 months depending on aptitude and ability.

The working day varies, working in a different place virtually every day, counting different types of stock for a variety of great clients.

Most of our stocktakes are very early morning starts, mainly Monday to Friday.

You will need to have a reliable car to use during the training period - there will be the option of a company vehicle or tax free mileage allowance.

All travel and parking expenses are covered. Our people car share/travel together.

We have been providing stocktaking services throughout The UK since 1988 and this is a great opportunity to join Abacus Valuers and become part of our fantastic team of people.
