Compliance Officer

Salary:
£24,000 to £26,000 DOE

Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm, 1 hour lunch break

100% Office based

Our Newport Pagnell based client is looking for someone who has worked within Compliance within a previous role, to join their family run business, on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is methodical in their approach to work and is highly organised and enjoys being accountable and working to month end audits.

You will also be an exceptional communicator, as you will be in regular contact with the contractors to gain the information required that will form part of the monthly audits.

Working within a relatively small team you will be responsible for the compliance paperwork for temporary and permanent staff to various large UK based energy companies and social housing contractors.

Main responsibilities

Processing contractual documentation
Obtaining right to work documentation.
Ensuring the account coding is correct.
Dealing with adhoc requests arising from various contracts.
Provide necessary support to both clients & suppliers to rectify any pay problems that may arise.
Approve and pay invoices before deadlines
Monitor and process daily job reports
