Seal Dynamics (HEICO Distribution Group) is a world leader in the global distribution of OEM and PMA products supporting the world's aviation industry in both OEM and MRO aftermarket product support.

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative with Working hours of 08.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday for its Basingstoke, Hampshire Regional Office from where it covers its customer base in UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.

This Established, Successful, & Fast Growing Aerospace Company seeks an enthusiastic & reliable person with previous experience preferred in the following skill set:

• Advanced office experience conversant with Microsoft Office
• Advanced organizational skills within Microsoft Outlook
• Excellent communication and telephone skills required providing assistance to customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Designated Account responsibility, dealing directly with our Manufacturing partner
• Quote and Data entry, Contract Review
• Manual Order entry, Order Processing & Order acknowledgments
• Awareness of multicurrency processes (GBP and $)
• Inhouse communication with New York and Regional Sales Managers
• Setup of new customer accounts, processing Application Forms, End User Statements
• Running weekly systems reports and performing updates to sales orders where necessary
• Management of weekly Order Books and Shipping reports with Manufacturer and Shipping Warehouse
• Keen Eye for detail and high level of accuracy at all times is required
• High level of numeracy and literacy
• Able to use own initiative, training tools and available company procedures
• Responsible for promoting excellent customer satisfaction at all times
• Ability to learn inhouse software systems
• Knowledge of the export compliance and logistics would be advantageous, although training will be given
• Ability to work within a small team under pressure and as an individual

You must have the ability to adapt quickly into a new fast paced environment, work on own initiative, be self-motivated and reliable.

£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
