Purpose of the Role:
To support the brokers and team leaders with the processing of slips, documentation and liaising with Pro & Emphasis
Key Role Accountabilities:
- Providing support to the brokers with customer enquiries and issues
- Contacting clients and insurance companies via telephone and written communication
- Creating documents and letters to send to clients
- Data Input, maintenance, and alteration of data
- Assisting the operations manager ensuring we are compliant with the financial conduct authority requirements
- Ensuring all customer files are up to date
- Customer service and follow up calls with clients and underwriters
- Maintain Archiving for the division
Qualifications & Experience:
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Word & Excel
- Preparation of placement slips
- PPL Trained
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills, including ability to prioritize workload
- Good typing and word processing skills
- Good standard of written and verbal communication
- the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- good time management skills
- the ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
- the ability to work on your own initiative
