Purpose of the Role:

To support the brokers and team leaders with the processing of slips, documentation and liaising with Pro & Emphasis


Key Role Accountabilities:


  • Providing support to the brokers with customer enquiries and issues
  • Contacting clients and insurance companies via telephone and written communication
  • Creating documents and letters to send to clients
  • Data Input, maintenance, and alteration of data
  • Assisting the operations manager ensuring we are compliant with the financial conduct authority requirements
  • Ensuring all customer files are up to date
  • Customer service and follow up calls with clients and underwriters
- keep up with changes in the insurance market and in your clients' industries

  • Maintain Archiving for the division

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Word & Excel
  • Preparation of placement slips
  • PPL Trained
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills, including ability to prioritize workload
  • Good typing and word processing skills
  • Good standard of written and verbal communication
- excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
- the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- good time management skills
- the ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
- the ability to work on your own initiative
