Smales are an independently owned family business that is the largest supplier of Frozen At Sea Cod & Haddock to the UK Fish & Chip sector, with over 1 million portions of Fish being supplied by our distribution network every week.

We are looking for a conscientious, diligent individual to join our Cold Store Operative team in Hull.

Working in an experienced and friendly team environment, our operatives will pick and pack customer orders ready for onward delivery, carry out product maintenance such as labelling and repacking, and general housekeeping of the warehouse.

The role will involve lifting of products ranging up to 27kg so being physically fit is essential, as is attention to detail to ensure the accurate picking.

Hours of work are 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday. We operate a 'job & finish' policy so earlier finishes can & will be possible.


Salary:
£11.54 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Licence/Certification:

• Counter Balance Fork Lift Licence (required)
