We're looking for Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Team at our Head Office in North Leigh, just outside of Witney, Oxfordshire.

The Compliance team are responsible for ensuring that we have a balanced approach to risk, achieve our regulatory obligations and most importantly, seek continuous improvement to our customer journey.

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support as part of a team assisting in risk and compliance management by contributing to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisation by liaising and collaborating with other departments
Reviewing advertisements
Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets, reports and other business documents, maintaining them in a confidential and an easily accessible format
Contributing to our ongoing training programme

If this sounds interesting to you, you'll need to be able to demonstrate

A proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Good organisational skills
Great attention to detail
Problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A willingness to learn and the ability to adapt are essential
An ability to build longlasting and mutually beneficial relationship

If you have experience of working in compliance or in an administration role within the financial services sector, car leasing industry, working for a broker or within a car dealership this role will be ideal for you.
