We're looking for an individual with copy writing and internal communications experience to help us build our internal knowledge and training base.

The minimum requirements we seek:


  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Business or Learning or equivalent practical experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in internal communications / workforce communications

Our preferred requirements:


  • Enjoys working in a creative, fast paced environment
  • Excellent writing & content creation
  • Passion for learning, sales and/or vehicle electrification
  • Ability to think independently and make sound judgements as required work collaboratively within a team context
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and effortlessly moves between strategic and tactical activities
  • Proficient in modern collaboration tools such as Office 365, SharePoint and salesforce Proficiency in creative tools (Photoshop etc), social media tools and content management software
  • Experience in managing events and business meetings
  • Experience with goal setting and deliverables tracking Willingness to do some (minor) travelling for work
  • Experience with salesforce sales cloud and/or salesforce Trailhead is an advantage
  • If you have your own blog or website that showcases your work or portfolios with examples of your previous work, please include this to demonstrate your skills.

What you'll do to contribute to our success:

  • Support the creation of Learning deliverables for the relevant sales teams by creating text or media content for online learning, advising on curricula and generating insights from feedback and metrics to help improve our communication.
  • Suggest new and innovative means of communicating relevant messages across the relevant sales teams
  • Manage and/or support sales training or other sales related Events with logistics and admin, including annual sales kick offs, sales team training events and online training events
  • Measure communication effectiveness, gather feedback, report findings, develop and manage action plans
  • Provide other ad hoc support and general duties as assigned
