Description

We are currently recruiting Team Leaders and supervisors for a packing facility in the Paddock Wood area who are looking to add some additional members to the team to their busy operation.


Duties include:
- running teams of packing / goods in operatives

  • Ensuring paperwork is complete for staff and products
  • Helping and working with the team
  • Working with management to improve productivity
  • Monitoring KPI's
  • Checking Products

What do we need from you?

  • Ability to work as part of a large team.
  • Previous team leader / Supervisor experience
  • A can do attitude
  • Understanding of health and safety
  • KPI orientated

The Company offer:

  • 8am 4:30pm or 8am 6pm
- £ an hour depending on supervisor or team leader

  • Immediate start
hours a week

  • Clock in and clock out
- paid holiday


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£12.00-£13.50 per hour
