The Role
Key purpose of the role manage and deliver a programme to review the Council's property portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Establish and actively manage a property review of the Council's property portfolio in order to meet the Council's expectations in respect of service, quality, timeliness, communication and value for money.
Provide expert asset management advice to internal and external clients, demonstrating market knowledge and specialist areas of expertise.
Manage and undertake property reviews of the Council's operational and nonoperational property estate, in conjunction with officers across Corporate Property and external bodies

To be considered for this role you will require a degree and evidence of managing and coordinating property programmes with a minimum 5 years PQE in a property environment.

The below skills would be beneficial for the role:

A full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle for use at work
Experience of working on property programmes that span across multiple dimensions
Excellent planning, report writing, presentation, organisation and coordination skills with an ability to prioritise case load.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering
£40 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
