Duties of the Lending Associate to include:

To monitor and control designated account portfolio for managing the overall credit risks and any irregular performance in accordance with Credit Manual.
Performing due diligence checks (such as KYC and AML) on corporate customers, ensuring this is all compliance with policies and the AML Manual.
Ensure that all customers' credit facility proposals are submitted in a timely manner. You must then coordinate the facility drawdown process with all concerned parties.
To prepare status reports and credit reviews periodically
To perform analysis on target companies relating to business, industry, strategy and financials.
To prepare financial model including developing and evaluating financial projections.

Requirements for the successful Lending Associate:

Fluent Cantonese language skills is
essential:
Strong ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data
Proficient MS Office skills, including Excel
