About the Role:


We're on the lookout for a vibrant and results-driven individual to join our new business inside sales team As a key member, you'll be the driving force behind generating new business opportunities for our business development team.

Your mission? To spread the Love2shop magic far and wide by showcasing our amazing products and solutions to prospective clients.


Main Responsibilities:
Generate quality appointments for the business development team, promoting our full range of products and solutions.
  • Reach out to prospective clients via highvolume calls and other channels, establishing rapport and understanding their needs.
Proactively identify and approach new business prospects, presenting tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the team to develop quotes and proposals, securing orders and contracts.
Keep track of leads and opportunities, reporting to the line manager regularly.
Work towards monthly activity and quality targets, ensuring all data is accurately recorded in our CRM system.


Essential Skills Required:
Results-driven and determined, with a passion for success.- Excellent persuasive telephone manner and strong communication skills. Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects of all levels.
Previous outbound sales experience preferred, ideally in a B2B setting.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. ‍
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems


Desirable Skills:
Experience in the rewards, recognition, and incentives market.- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
