Premiserv is an ISO UKAS Accredited Commercial Cleaning Company based in Greater Manchester.
Due to recent growth, we are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Estates Supervisor to join us at our site in Cheadle (SK8)


Our requirements:

  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK
  • Must have a valid Enhanced DBS
  • Must have previous caretaker experience of at least 2 year
  • Must be pro active, forward thinking and highly organised

Responsibilities:


  • Working as part of the Estates Team, the Estates Supervisor will take a lead role in overseeing the maintenance and management of its educational facilities. The Estates supervisor will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a safe, sustainable and conducive environment for teaching, learning and administrative functions within its prestigious Grade II listed estate.

Rate of Pay:
£28,500 per annum or £14.61 per hour.
