SALARY:
up to £40,000 plus package

Main Purpose of Role

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

  • Take responsibility for tender submissions and formatting to ensure that these comply with the instructions to tender documents and company guidelines.
  • Design and develop bid templates and presentations for use both internally and externally.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Estimating Team to develop bid specific win themes, answer plans and appropriate evidence.
  • Compile specific submission content.
  • Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to extract information and develop tailored responses.
  • Identify areas within the tendering process where the business may have shortfalls and present these to the sales and estimating teams with proactive solutions
  • Produce, agree, and coordinate plans for submission of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, Requests for Proposals, and Invitations to Tender.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Manage the central repository for all PQQs/RFPs/ITTs documents and submissions.
  • Manage the central repository of presentation template information
  • Plan, coordinate and produce presentations for all stages of the tender process
  • Manage all centralised master data for tender submissions including writing of project data sheets and CVs.
  • Willingness to travel across all sites when required to do so

Knowledge & Experience


Essential:

  • Understanding of work winning procedures and processes.
  • Strong research capabilities.
  • Strong IT literacy with Microsoft and Adobe software
  • Strong technical knowledge

Preferred:

  • Experience working on multimillionpound engineering, construction and infrastructure submissions would be an advantage.
  • Adobe InDesign
Academic & Professional Qualifications


Essential:

  • Educated to at least A Level or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Degree Educated or equivalent experience
