Mortgage Administrator - Cambridge

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full or Part Time experienced
Mortgage Administrator to join a well established partner firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation. The firm have offices in North Cambridge CB24
.


Our highly valued AR partner are a dynamic, successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their business with the addition of a further Mortgage Administrator.

Competitive base salary of between
£20,000 - £25,000 FTE DOE and is negotiable dependent on experience.

This role is office based although for experienced mortgage administrators some flex can be discussed but as a minimum the role will be a hybrid between home and office.

Responsibilities:


  • Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status

Skills & Experience Required:


  • A minimum (ideally) of 2 years mortgage administration experience.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
  • A team player with ability to use own initiative.
