Salary:
£52.40 /contact hour (inclusive of holiday pay)


We encourage a blended learning approach to teaching, combining traditional lectures, seminars, practical sessions, and student-led discussions in our teaching approaches.

We ensure our curriculum supports good student outcomes through engagement with employability and skill-led experiential learning. We also support students by providing activities and material that extend beyond scheduled contact time. There are currently established resources for the majority of teaching to be covered.


Successful applicants will have experience in many of the blended teaching approaches listed above, as well as with supporting students, and marking assessments, at an undergraduate level.

Industry experience is desirable as is experience with online learning environments.

We are seeking individuals who are:
student focused; demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills; and can work flexibly.


The rate of pay for Visiting Lecturers is £42.55 per classroom contact hour plus £9.85 of holiday pay per hour.

This hourly rate reflects the requirement for preparation, assessments, meetings and marking.

Additional marking and moderation and content development is paid at the rate of £20.96 per hour plus £3.35 of holiday pay per hour.
