This market leading FinTech business is building a new Data Management function and growing their Data Quality team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team within the business working on crucial projects to ensure that the business can reachits goals when it comes to analytics and becoming as data driven as possible.

They're looking for someone to come into help further their maturity around Data Quality.

What you'll be doing

You will be working closely with the Head of Data Management to understand the data quality gaps within the business and support the roll out of a new data quality framework and system.

You will manage a team of 5-6 data quality analysts, and help develop andmentor them.

This role will interact with all teams across the business and work closely with the data science, analytics & insight teams to ensure all the data they use for their projects is accurate and of high quality.


What experience you'll need to apply:


  • Solid experience working in a Data Quality/Governance Manager role
  • Understanding of Data Quality frameworks and processes
  • Experience working with Data Quality systems or tooling
  • Solid understanding of DAMA principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
