Senior Branch Manager

Salary:
£25,400 (OTE £35,00)

Bonus:
Fantastic Annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:
You will work 42.5 hours, 5 days out of 7, Weekend work involved

Mon - Fri: 9:30am-7pm

Sat: 9am-6pm

Sun: 10am-5pm

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Branch Manager with WBAC you will:
Assisting the Regional Manager to complete the smooth running of the region and compliance as per the company's procedures.
Performing Branch Standard checks when visiting locations.
Identifying training needs of employees and providing constructive, direct feedback when required.
Reporting any potential threat to the business to your Head of Retail.
Ensuring all diaries/rotas are set up as per the company instruction.
Ensuring all purchases are completed as per the company standard.
Required to provide temporary cover within other regions in the Territory.
Complete all necessary tasks as set out by HR.
Required to assist in the completion of all purchases.
Running your own branch at the same time as managing the region

Requirements:

A current full UK manual driving license
Experience of working in a target driven environment
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
Excellent administration and IT skills
