We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative Room Leader of either Babies or Pre School. This is a unique opportunity for a qualified, experienced, early years professional to be part of our team.

What you can offer us:

At Least a Level 3 childcare qualification that is full and relevant for Early Years
Minimum two years' experience of working with children under the age of five years old in an Early Years setting
Previous experience as a Room Leader (desirable)
Experience of providing creative, stimulating safe play and learning opportunities for children
Good understanding and knowledge of the EYFS, child development and current Ofsted Statutory Guidance
Ability to role model, lead, motivate and manage a team
Ability to be reflective and selfevaluate to develop practice
Experience of, and a commitment to, working in partnership with parents
Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures and policies
Knowledge and commitment to inclusive practices and equal opportunities
A passion and enthusiasm for working with children; someone who is curious as well as experienced, kind, patient, positive and compassionate.
Good interpersonal skills and good written and spoken communication.
