About the Company - Account Assistant
This award-winning company is recruiting for an account assistant on a permanent basis. This company is based in Belfast, has a competitive salary and hybrid working.


About the Job

What you will be doing initially:

  • Managing our client account by allocating all receipts to the correct client cases and preparing bank and cheque payments.
  • Identifying client bill/costs payments and processing transfers to the office account.
  • Daily/Monthly Bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts

Your skills & experience

Essential criteria:

  • Previous experience working in an accounts and/or bookkeeping role (Experience from practicebased roles will be considered)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate financial postings and balances to nonfinance colleagues
