This is a hybrid position primarily based in Bristol.

This role sits within our
Global Operational & Technical Training team , part of our Global Talent, Learning & Development (TL&D) team.

In all our activities, we look to reduce time and cost to competency, improve quality and reduce employee attrition. We aim for service excellence and create an inclusive environment where diversity is valued.

Whilst this role will primarily be supporting our Plans business, it will also sit as part of a Global Team where Learning Consultants have opportunities to work with colleagues dispersed across time zones as they support operational and technical initiatives critical to the success of the business.

A role you will love
Learning Consultants are responsible for executing on the four core work processes; Learning Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and Evaluation.

In partnership with business stakeholders, and with support from Managers and/or Project Managers, our Learning Consultants implement the design, development, deployment, and evaluation of performance solutions for the global business unit they are supporting.

Key responsibilities will include:

Contribute to the design and maintenance of the learning and performance support solution
Work with the rest of the team to ensure our current learning and performance solutions remain relevant and continue to help our people be successful
Facilitate inclass or virtual workshops, ensuring we provide an engaging and inclusive environment
Evaluate the effectiveness of the performance support solution

What will you bring to the role?

As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for someone with a real passion for learning and an eagerness to share that passion with others.

Our Learning Consultants must be practised facilitators, able to deliver operational and technical training to employees in a predominantly virtual environment.

Other key skills required for the role include:
Experience with virtual training delivery and design
Knowledge of best practices in learning and development, including familiarity of facilitating systems training in a virtual environment
Fluency in use of virtual working/training tools
Aware of and adapts to cultural differences
Able to manage time and priorities well
Excellent written and verbal communication
Professional training qualification would be desirable
