The Role
Hayes Davidson is seeking a Technical Assistant to join our London studio. We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent problem-solver, offering vital support to the studio's artists.

The role will include liaising with the various teams to ensure the consistent and reliable running of the studio's IT infrastructure, allowing the creation of great artwork and innovative communication tools.

This is a varied role that offers the chance to gain an understanding of the various aspects of software and asset management.


Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with distribution of software licences.
  • Monitor render management software.
  • Maintain a consistent software setup across all devices.
  • Download and test new software versions before studio wide roll out.
  • Assist in development of new asset library.
  • Purchasing new model assets and inserting into library.
  • Liaise with artists to ensure effective archiving of projects.
  • Monitor server space, highlighting any issues.
  • Collaborate with external IT teams to facilitate effective and timely solutions.
  • Maintaining and improving existing systems.
  • Investigating and resolving live system issues.

  • Experience working in a technically challenging environment.
