An exciting opportunity to join TalkTalk on a 6 month fixed term contract in a busy, friendly team which values it's employee's.
As a Partner Service Executive within TalkTalk Wholesale Services, you will be part of a high driven operations team who are committed to providing excellent customer service to our partners.
You will be working with colleagues from across Operations (Provisioning, Assurance, Order to Cash and Service Architecture) and our Sales and Commercial teams.
Managing a professional relationship with our key partners
Ensuring that all partner contacts received are resolved promptly, efficiently, and accurately, owning through to resolution.
Maintaining the knowledge necessary to pro-actively resolve issues or be capable of effectively sourcing the knowledge necessary to provide a suitable solution.
Communication with internal departments and external networks to rectify problems and offer solutions, whilst maintaining view of the committed SLA
You will need to have experience in either a call centre or customer service background and be comfortable using Excel.
